Cancellations, Deposits, New Guests, and Consultation Requirements
At FNG Salon & Hair Spa, cancellations and reschedules require a 48-hour notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the service total. Any cancellation or reschedule beyond 48 hours is subject to a 100% charge for the service scheduled. Less than 24 hours notice is an automatic 100% charge. The system will automatically charge the card you put on file during the scheduling process. If for any reason the card is declined or inactive, you will receive an invoice to be paid upon receipt. If the invoice is not paid, you will be asked to pay in full for service prior to your appointments moving forward or you may not be able to schedule future appointments with FNG.
There are a few services that require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that is applied to your balance at the time of service and is explained in the service description. When that appointment is scheduled, you will receive an invoice that will need to be paid within 2 hours of receipt. This deposit is required to hold that appointment. If the deposit is not paid within the 2 hours it is received, the appointment will not be approved and will be cancelled. Once that deposit is paid and the appointment is approved, you may reschedule that appointment 2 times. The 3rd time, you forfeit the deposit and must put down an additional deposit to schedule again. If you cancel this appointment, you forfeit the deposit and may have to pay deposits on future services or you may not be able to schedule with FNG in the future.
All new guests as well as guests that have not been in my chair in 6 months or longer must fill out a New Guest Form. Once received, a follow up email or phone call will be returned to communicate how to proceed. Let's get to know each other before we get to know each other. FUN!
There are a few services that require a consultation and are available in some cases via zoom and some are ONLY in person. First, PLEASE fill out the appropriate online Pre-Consultation Form(s). If one of these appointments are scheduled and I have not recieved a form, I will reach out to you or send you one via email ahead of your appointment to avoid forfeiting the service time.
