In order to provide my guests with an Upscale Salon Experience I have

Cancellations, Deposits, New Guests, and Consultation Requirements

At FNG Salon & Hair Spa cancellations and reschedules require a 24-hour notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the service total. The system will automatically charge the card you put on file during the scheduling process. If for any reason the card is declined or inactive, I will send you an invoice to be paid upon receipt. If the invoice is not paid, you will be asked to pay in full for service prior to your appointments moving forward or you may not be able to schedule future appointments with FNG. 


There are a few services that require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that is applied to your balance at the time of service and is explained in the service description. When that appointment is scheduled, you will receive an invoice that will need to be paid within 2 hours of receipt. This deposit is required to hold that appointment. If the deposit is not paid within the 2 hours it is received, the appointment will not be approved and will be cancelled. Once that deposit is paid and the appointment is approved, you may reschedule that appointment 2 times. The 3rd time, you forfeit the deposit and must put down an additional deposit to schedule again. If you cancel this appointment, you forfeit the deposit and will not be able to schedule with FNG in the future.

New Guests

All new guests must schedule a complimentary consultation. Once that consultation is scheduled, you will receive a pre-consultation email to answer and return to me. Let's get to know each other before we get to know each other. FUN! 


There are a few services that require a consultation as written in the service description and are available via zoom or in person. PLEASE schedule these separately. If one of these appointments are scheduled and no consultation prior, I will reach out to you to schedule that ahead of your appointment to avoid forfeiting the service time.
